I have been taking my families vehicle's to Norwood Auto for many years. They always tell you exactly want you need, they never try to sell you more then that and they get the job finished quickly and professionally.

I am extremely happy with the level of customer service that NAS provided to me. I was unsure as to what issues I was having with my Jeep and as soon as they were able to take a look at it they gave me a call as well as sent me a detailed email about its status. I was told something different at another shop; they suggested to fix what they knew was definitely wrong with it before fixing something else and costing me more money. I expected the service to take at least a few days no matter where I went but they were able to get the work done and ready for me to pick up at the end of the day!

Thanks for the professional brake job and for resolving unrelated issue with the new battery and check engine light. These technicians take customer care to a whole new level!

I had a flat on the expressway and someone stopped to put air in my tire. I knew I had to get the tire fix there was a nail. Asked Seri where to get my tire fixed and it sent me to Norwood Auto Service. I arrived before they opened but did not have to wait long. Logan and Erik greeted me and help me right away. Erik took the bad tire off and put on my spare so I could go to work while they worked on the tire. Erik was going to see if they could fix the tire or I would need a new tire. Erik check out the tire and I needed a new one. He had given me a quote and I feel it was very reasonable for they service and the tire I received.

Norwood Auto did an Awsome job on our car. The service was outstanding and we were very pleased with Erik. We would highly recommend them to all our friends

Work done quickly and professionally as always. I will continue to bring my car here for service. The pictures and list of issues broken down into fix soon and fix immediately is really helpful as well.
