I just had my 2012 Wrangler serviced at Norwood Auto for the first time. The outstanding service I received is undeniably, the best I have encountered. Jimmy was accommodating, informative and kept my safety in mind as a priority when making repair suggestions. Thank you for taking a last minute walk in so that I can get to work safely!

My brakes started to squeak. Took it in. They were very pleasant to speak to. I left my vehicle, a short time later I was called. The car was ready later the same day. The staff was friendly and professional. Price was fair

These guys are great. Honest fast and reliable.

I have used them three times. In all three cases I had previous estimates for hundreds of dollars more. Their work has always been done on time and never had a problem. My daughter also had a problem with another repair place trying to charge her $160 to diagnose a anti-lock brake problem. They wrote a letter for her and got Visa to credit the charge. They fixed the problem for only $200. Hard to find an auto mechanic you can trust but I trust these guys.

Hit a huge pothole and needed a new rim on my tire. I'm not too car savvy and did not feel comfortable paying an arm and leg for the repair. Jimmy & Fred worked effortlessly to accommodate my needs with flexibility when I could pick up my car.
