Emily did a good job. In and out in a day and a half considering the job was on a 26 year old vehicle.

I had an ongoing EVAP system issue that I actually dealt with a few years ago, and another shop needed two attempts back then to fix it. This time around, Norwood Auto got it right and made the whole process easy. After bringing my car here, I was able to pass my emissions test with no issues. The staff was extremely friendly, honest, and insightful—they took the time to explain what was going on instead of just rushing through the repair. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and straightforward they were. Highly recommend them for any service

We had an issue with our 2019 jeep. They help us great deal with finding out the issues. Unfortunately is a bigger issue than we had expected. But overall the experience was great and when we get rid of this truck we will likely go back to them. I highly recommend them.

I always can rely on either Dustin, Erik or Leda to get my car in to one of the mechanics (in this case, Greg), not spend days waiting for it, and never have any issues really after getting it serviced. They guarantee their work and after being a customer for years, I’ve literally had no issues upon getting it back. Thank you for your excellent service this whole time! I know I’m not the easiest customer to deal with 😵‍💫
