I went without an appointment as my tire light went on while on I90- They looked at it immediately diagnosed the issue- it was fixed and left within 30 minutes- I was very pleased with the service - kindness and quality of work- Thank you !

As always the friendly staff at Norwood Auto service took good care of my car. It is 14 years old so it takes a special group of people to keep it running. I always feel treated fairly and honestly by the technicians. I would recommend this shop for anyone who needs service for their automobile.

Norwood Auto was great. I noticed a nail in my Jeep tire. Norwood auto fit me at 2 pm the day before the 4th of July break with no prior notice. I was and out within 15 minutes with my problem fixed. Thanks

Great customer service!! Best car inspection I’ve ever had, gave me a detailed report of what problems my car had with pictures and explanations and resolutions! Will definitely be back! Great pricing too!
