The appointment was prompt. I used Norwood Auto Service (Firestone) for my car's 90,000 mile check up. They took about 45 minutes and listed maintenance topics to review the next time I need an oil change (in 1,000 miles). They also taught me about the location of the BSM (blind spot monitor) that I turned off by mistake. They are honest and knowledgable mechanics and the cost was fair. I will be back!
