I have never had a bad experience with anyone here. I may have had a bad experience causing me to come here, including, but not limited to more nails in my tires than I care to admit to, but they are always 100% professional and helpful. These guys really are awesome, I can not recommend them highly enough.

I could not have been happier and more than satisfied with the work that was performed by Norwood Auto. Furthermore, every person I had contact with was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the work and its progress. When the need arrives, I will gladly return for any further work 2/27/19 Once again I received friendly, courteous service; with service completed in a very reasonable amount of time.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Matt Kepes worked on my car. He was incredibly nice and professional. He kept me informed and was very thorough. Repairs were incredibly fast and the prices were extremely pleasing. You won't be disappointed.

These guys are great. Quick, smart, and respectful. Will definitely be calling Erick in the future with any of my car problems.
