We were on our way for a long day trip and pick up a nail in an area we knew nothing about. We were lucky to find Norwood AutoService. Everyone was so kind and fast and helpful here, and the repair was very AFFORDABLE! The young man who worked on the tire even found a second nail we didn’t know about in another tire and fixed it fast. Thank you!

Norwood Auto Service is the only place I trust to do excellent work on cars & provide fair pricing for those services. I take both my Mustang & my Mom's Saturn to them whenever there are issues with either vehicle. Both Eric & Matt have provided wonderful customer service every time we've come in with our cars. Both of them have gone out of their way to help us & that is much appreciated.

As always great service, called and got an appointment next day- they texted with a diagnosis with photos and list of issues to address and then a follow up call. They fixed everything and I picked up my car next day. Thanks guys for being our most reliable auto service company! Bea
