I have been a customer here for a few years and the customer service is fantastic. Its nice to go somewhere and be greeted warmly and by name. And I think these guys are honest as well. I highly recommend Norwood Auto.

As always they have repaired our car in accordance with their high service standards! All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly!

I now live out of state and when I drove home for the holidays I made an appointment for them to check out my car and to have a safety check done. I miss having a shop that I can trust so I be sure to bring my car in when I am in town. It's a good thing I did because they found some issues that could have impacted my drive home. I may not be back for 6-8 months, but I will have them check it out again when I return! Always great service and they make you feel like family.
