My check engine light came on and the car was shaking. Having recently moved to the Northwest side of Chicago, I had no idea of where to take it. A neighbor suggested Norwood Auto Service. Not only did Norwood Auto Service correctly assess the problem when I called to explain the situation, after confirming their assessment with their computerized diagnostic tools, they were able t correct it quickly and at a reasonable cost. Their easy to use online system kept me informed of the progress of the work being done. Each person with whom I dealt at the shop was knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use Norwood Auto Service for all my car's future servicing needs.

They always take care of our cars. They check everything while they have the car! Including things that weren't on our list. Like checking that the break lights are in working order so we don't get a ticket if they're not. Great service!!!
