Had an early AM flat tire and thought I could get a tire plug. NAS took a look and noticed that it was not an option. They got me a couple of replacement tires same day. I wouldn't hesitate to use NAS again or recommend them for repairs.

I called Norwood after my local Ford dealer failed to rectify a loud growling noise on my car. My first experience was with their customer service, and it was second to none. The whole company treats you and your vehicle like part of their family. They quickly scheduled my appointment (even though they were busy) and kept me up to date through every step. After doing a safety inspection they sent me a a message with both a text description of what was wrong, and a picture of the issues in question. Let me say the car has never been quieter or more of a pleasure to drive. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and not only fix what was wrong with the car, providing a economical and fair price, but also paying attention to the preventative issues to make sure it is unlikely to happen again. It's easy to understand why Norwood auto (and Erik the man in charge) are looked up to not only locally, but also on a national scale in the Automotive Industry. Thanks again for everything.
