I would highly recommend Norwood Auto team! They knew what they were doing and extremely honest which I can't say for most mechanics. I can say if someone needs a mechanic "oh I got a guy" lol

I cannot recommend them more: the customer service is unheard of in this industry!! I received updates and estimates when promised and was provided a loaner vehicle without asking. We will bring all our vehicles here anytime they need work (hopefully not for a while though)!

Eric went above and beyond to help us find the source of the noise coming from our recently purchased used car. He and his crew did multiple repairs, each time checking to see if the noise was still there. Most places would charge for all of these repairs, but Eric only charged us for what fixed the problem. I have never seen such thoroughness from an auto service shop, and I will definitely be bringing my car back here.
