Service was fantastic they were very busy but were able to get me in to accommodate me their texts are like no other with pictures and explanations I would highly recommend if you need service to your vehicle to check these guys out.

Fantastic Service! I had a screw in my tire and was losing are quickly.. I called Norwood Auto Service and spoke with Erik who was very friendly and courteous.. He said to come by and they will take care of it.. The Mechanics were on lunch it was a very short wait.. very nice waiting area . Didn't take long at all for the repair. I was very satisfied with the all around Service.. Think I found my permanent shop to have my cars serviced.. Two Thumbs up!! Thanks again Erik and crew!

Fantastic service on my Ford Explorer. Staff at the desk were great. I did have a chance to speak to the mechanic that worked on my vehicle and he gave me a perfect explanation for the issue for the needed repair. Very good experience!

Norwood replace a tire rim. I scheduled an appointment, brought my truck in, and was done in under an hour. The staff was friendly, professional and the cost was reasonable.
