My brother recommended Norwood to me and spoke so highly of them that I had to see for myself. I took in my vehicle last week for a full checkup, i got great customer service upon arrival. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt which did such a great job of explaining what I needed for my car and what the parts were and their functions and importantance. I've taken my car to different shops but have never received service as I did from Norwood. I received a full detailed inspection with pictures and videos which I loved. I highly recommend Norwood Auto Service. I will definitely continue to service my vehicle with them. Thanks Matt and the Norwood team, u guys are awesome.

This place is awesome. I walked in and didn’t have an appointment, but they still looked at my car that day, told me what was wrong, and let me take it back to fix it myself after I realized I could handle it! Who does that?! An amazing business who respects their customer’s wishes, that’s who! And they only charged me a small amount to look at and diagnose the car. Oh! And they gave me a link to a video of what was wrong. Simply amazing. This shop is the best and I will continue to use them for all my vehicle needs. Awesome job, guys!!

I would highly recommend Norwood auto..they are available when you need service, are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s nice to know it takes one call and they are there to help.
