What a wonderful experience! I called early today seeking oil change, Chris answered, he not only gave me a very fair price for an oil change over the phone, he also allowed me to watch the entire procedure of the oil change take place!!! What an awesome invitation.. As I walked in the energy was very pleasant. No bad vibes. I was greeted with a warm smile by Matt who is super friendly. My technician was Carlos who is awesome and who I can now call a friend. Carlos is very knowledgeable, patient, and his willingness to answer questions placed me so much more at ease. He not only answered my questions he showed me alongside the way. Him and I went for a test drive to ensure the vehicle was in good driving condition. Then I was directed to the back where they put a chair for me so I could observe how they would do my oil change. I sat in my VIP chair (haha) to watch the whole experience unfold. Waw, let me tell you, it is a process these fellas go through, they pay attention to small details in making sure they get the job done THE RIGHT WAY! The energy is awesome. Communication is clear and transparent how it should be. You can tell entire staff gets along with one another which makes work the all more enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jim who is a fellow OCD neat freak such as myself haha. Thank you Norwood auto for the awesome experience I learned something new today. God bless, Aruba
