My battery died one block away from Norwood Auto. I left a message over the weekend and Monday morning, within 8 minutes of opening, Matt called me back to discuss the issue. They got to me within the next 20 minutes and were able to get my car started. They ran a full diagnostic and replaced my battery THE SAME DAY. Other work needs to be done to my 14 year old car and THEY will get my business. I've been a customer for 5 years and not once have they let me down. The work they do is reliable, they are honest, they let me know what needs to be done immediately vs. what can wait, and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them!
