Mathew at Norwood Auto listened carefully to my description of the problem.Then he explained what tests would confirm what work was needed. The follow-up email I received was great! It explained everything needed in plain English, with photos (!) I also received a follow up phone call to confirm what work I wanted done. The prices for the repairs are more reasonable than other places I've been, and the customer service is terrific. I would recommend Norwood Auto to friends and family!

The guys at NAS did a great job on my Bluetec! Thanks again to all of you, especially Jim. The quotes I got from the stealership were 3 times what I paid at NAS, and the level of quality work done by you guys continues to be 3 times better than I've experienced elsewhere. I will be sure to spread the word and keep coming back! Top-notch, grade A+, honesty and integrity. I've said it before and I'll say it again: you guys rock!

The staff at Norwood Auto always do a great job in servicing my car. Because they fix it right the first time I've never been required to bring my car back a second time. The staff at Norwood Auto are also very professional and courteous. I will always be a repeat customer.

NAS has always been and will continue to be my first choice for car maintenance and service. As a person with two cars with mileage in excess of 100K, (2003 and 2010 Dodge/Chrysler models) being proactive is important. Eric and Jimmy are not only solving my current issues as they come up but the new comprehensive checks they have in place allow me to be informed and keep an eye on pending repairs needed down the road. As a result I can plan and stay on top of things before they get worse. I get a longer life and better performance out of my cars and, most importantly - avoid dreaded new car payments.

Eric and the crew at Norwood Auto go beyond what is asked. I brought my mom's car in because the front bulb was out and they went ahead and checked the others knowing my mom is in her late 70's and found another bulb was out and fixed it for her. Very friendly and efficient.

The crew is always helpful, courteous and professional. I rely on your expertise to repair my vehicle with not worries. Although I still hear something rattling under the hood. My hub cap is full of grease and grime. I would expect that to be clean on return. I am sorry for the harsh words but I expect the best from you guys.
