As usual these professionals did a fantastic job starting with Erik, the manager/owners son. I came in thinking I needed new brakes because a dealership reported more wear then there actually was. Norwood checked out the whole car including the brakes and found out that they were not as worn as the dealer said. Norwood got it right, Dealer got it wrong. No work needed, just an inspection cost. How many auto shops do you know that wouldn't try to at least get you on some repair. Not Norwood Auto Service. These folks are honest. Been taking my cars there for years and will continue with this newer one.
