I would definitely use Norwood Auto Service again. My car had a terrible oil leak after oil change somewhere else. All oil leaked out in 4 days. Was told by the other place I needed new oil plug because it was the wrong size. The techs here inspected my car and sent me a video showing I had a damaged oil plan. They were able to get the part and have my car ready the same day. Everyone was nice and they were reasonable. Would definitely use Norwood Auto Service again if the need arises. Thank you everyone!

As always, Norwood Auto treated me right as a customer personally. The auto service work is top notch. They fixed an issue for me that other auto shops either couldn't find or incorrectly diagnosed. I'm always suspicious of auto repair shops. Norwood Auto relieved a bit of that suspicion.

Battery died, had car towed to NAS. The battery was replaced very quickly.

Have taken 2 older cars to Norwood over the years. Always excellent diagnostics, great communication and attention to detail. The mechanics are outstanding and costs reasonable.
