I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. The oil change was quick. The inspection indicated new tires recommended with a leak in one tire and new brakes as well. Photos were provided which was very helpful. Service was quick. efficent and friendly. I will be returning a returning customer..

Norwood Auto Service is reasonable, reliable, and capable. They will fix the problem at a price you can live with, period. I’m restoring a 2000 Mercedes C230 and they did extensive brake work for me. They also perfectly installed two replacement drivers side doors which I had purchased on Ebay. I was a bit doubtful they would work, but NAS got the job done, again! Also replaced the two mirrors. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Great experience with Norwood Auto Service. Eric understood and diagnosed my heating/AC issue. Fixed it and charged me considerably less than expected. Fixed a few other problems and quoted me a price for brakes which they ultimately replaced. Very satisfied. My car had outlived the warranty and I was concerned with finding a local repair service. Eric and NAS were recommended. A great find.

Overall a great experience using this welcoming and friendly local auto shop. Everyone was very kind and not pushy at all. I dropped my car off on a Thursday to get a full brake service done on it, I then received a full inspection with photos calling out the work that needed to be done within a few hours. A quote was given to me over the phone, which we agreed on the price. The shop was not forcing me to do anything I didn’t want, which I appreciate. I was able to pick up my car the next day with ease. Highly recommend this shop and the staff to take care of you and your vehicle! I will definitely be coming back if I have anymore issues.
