I had my car towed in to NAS after noticing that it was leaking a lot of radiator coolant. Had never been there before, but it's within walking distance of my house, and I saw that it had overall great reviews online. I will definitely return in the future. It's really a well run operation. Every person I talked to was very personable, polite, prompt, and professional. I asked them to look at my brakes also, and signed up for their 43-item inspection as well. I would highly recommend this -- they email you a detailed report of all inspected items, including photos of anything needing repair or replacement. Aside from fixing the radiator problem, they also told me that the brakes were fine for now, and also gave me a free detailed estimate for replacing my struts & shocks on my 14-year old car, indicating that it would be very expensive but not a high priority or safety concern at this time. I came away feeling that they had been very thorough, honest, and helpful in every manner.
